A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a document with the purpose of providing management and key personnel with an agreed procedure written in advance of a disaster. The BCP will aid the organisation when recovering from partial or complete disruption to the business. Disruption to business could be caused by cyber attack, disease, earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane, sabotage, terrorist attack or a utility outage. Sponsored Links
