Health and Safety Law Poster

The 'Health and Safety Law' poster and leaflet published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has been updated to a new eye catching and simplified version.

The amendment to the Health and Safety Information for Employers Regulations remove the requirement for employers to add and update information on the new approved workplace posters and leaflets.

Employers still have a legal duty to display a copy of the poster in a prominent position in each workplace (e.g. in each building) or alternatively provide a copy of the leaflet (pocket card) to every employee.

Existing versions of the poster and leaflet can be used until 5th April 2014.
