Exam:

Once the training is completed the user can enter the assessment
centre. Here questions are asked which deal with the issues that arise in
the training modules.

workstation assessment data is collected and then fed into the Learning
Management System which offers the employee valuable workstation
ergonomics advice and also alters management of any ergonomics issues
which need to be assessed.

Access:
Employees can monitor the results
of the exams and risk assessments by pressing links at the bottom of the
screen. The results are shown with ergonomics advice. This enables the
employee to apply ergonomic controls to their workstations.

Safety. This tool enables you to examine training take-up, implement
solutions to problems identified in assessments, send automated emails and
produce highly flexible management reports.

first logging in the "Today" tab is displayed. The screen
shot below shows tasks which are due to be carried out as well as

The data can be analysed in greater detail, this allows you to analyse
trends and spot overall weaknesses and strengths within your organisation.

Queries:
Reports and automated emails are saved here for review. Analysis by
department, site, job function etc are just a few of the many options
available.

Audit
Trail:
The system keeps an historical record of all activity carried out by
the system, this is available for later review.

Learning Management Systems (SCORM):
The e-learning is written using the industry standard SCORM. This
