Young Workers:

Persons under 18 years of age are particularly at risk due to their lack of knowledge, experience and immaturity.

A copy of the risk assessment should be provided to the parents or guardian.

People With Disabilities:

People with disabilities may be at risk.

Note - The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) places a requirement on employers and landlords to make premises accessible to disabled people. In an office premises this may include providing designated car parking spaces, ramps, washroom facilities and reviewing arrangements.
